Frustrated by not being able to easily access journal articles? We’ve got a solution for you! With LibKey Nomad, a browser extension provided by the library, accessing full-text articles has never been easier. Whether you’re browsing PubMed, Wikipedia, Google Scholar, or other trusted sites, LibKey Nomad seamlessly connects you to the resources your library subscribes to – it’s like magic!
Visit the LibKey Nomad website (below) and scroll down to choose your preferred browser (we recommend Microsoft Edge for the best experience).
On the next screen, press ‘Get’, a pop-up box will appear, click “Add Extension” or ‘Install Now’ or ‘Add to desktop.'
A LibKey Nomad page will open. Start typing East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust and select from the list.
From now on, you will see the LibKey symbol on relevant pages at the bottom left or a ‘Full text @ My Library’ link on Google Scholar.
You will need an OpenAthens account with ESNEFT to fully access articles. If you don’t have an Athens account head to our Athens webpage.
If we don’t have access, you’ll be informed. In that case, simply contact us via email to check if we can supply the article. Our document delivery service is free to all ESNEFT staff. For more info on this, please head to our request page to find out more.
You will still need an OpenAthens account to access full-text articles, but LibKey Nomad will help make this process quicker and easier.
